Morning (on waking)

Warm water with a pinch of turmeric and honey

Soaked almonds (4–5) or walnuts


Breakfast

Soft, easy-to-digest food like:

Moong dal khichdi or plain porridge

Fresh seasonal fruits (banana, apple, papaya, or stewed pear)

Herbal tea (tulsi or ginger) or coconut water



Mid-morning Snack

Fresh fruit juice (diluted) or fresh citrus fruit (for vitamin C)

Roasted makhana or murmura (puffed rice)


Lunch

Moong dal or vegetable soup

Soft-cooked rice or whole wheat roti

Lightly cooked vegetables (lauki, pumpkin, carrots)

Buttermilk


Evening Snack

Herbal tea (like chamomile or fennel)
